Why WealthCEO

Wealth this complex shouldn’t live in twelve places.

Most families with real wealth run it across brokerage logins, a bookkeeper’s file, a CPA’s portal, an attorney’s binder and a spreadsheet only one person understands. The pieces never agree, and nobody sees the whole.

Every entity, finally in one view

Trusts, LLCs, S corporations, partnerships and joint ventures at their percentage, consolidated into one net worth and one ownership map.

Numbers that agree everywhere

Every page reads from one ledger, so the same figure never has two values. Where two views legitimately differ, WealthCEO shows you why.

A clear answer to “are we there yet?”

Coverage shows how much of your lifestyle your passive income already pays for. Your FI Date shows when it pays for all of it.

The platform

Everything your family owns, run from one place

Nine areas on one ledger. WealthCEO is in private beta, and areas open to beta households in stages.

Consolidated, by entity, and as an ownership map that follows every trust, LLC and partnership.

  • Liquid and illiquid wealth side by side
  • Joint ventures held at their percentage
  • Entity views computed from one ledger

  • An investment policy graded by the Discipline Scorecard
  • Family meeting agendas that capture decisions
Books

Reports and lender packages

Reports you build once and schedule, and lender packages generated from the registers you already keep.

  • Refinance and new loan
  • Covenant and renewal reporting
  • Line of credit and a global personal financial statement
Community

Community and coaching

Learn and decide alongside peers on the same path: an academy, forums, events, small masterminds and coaching.

  • Academy tracks from real estate to estate planning
  • Masterminds of six with one focus
  • A directory of member-rated professionals

How it works

Set it up in short sittings, then run it every month

Nobody should do this in one marathon. Each step builds on the one before it.

  1. Map your structure

Add your LLCs, trusts and family. The ownership map, compliance calendar and estate view all build from it.

  2. Bring in your accounts

Import statements and holdings. Every row keeps where it came from, so any number can be traced back.

  3. Set your number

Your lifestyle cost and target passive income define Coverage and your FI Date.

  4. Review, close, decide

Your Inbox sorts what needs you, what’s being watched and what’s done. Close the month and read the verdict.

Who it’s for

For households whose finances outgrew a budgeting app

Self-directed families with real complexity, and the professionals who help them.

High earners on the path

Moving from a W-2 salary to passive cash flow, and wanting to know exactly how far along you are.

Principles

Built to be trusted with everything

These aren’t settings. They’re how WealthCEO is built, and they hold for every feature.

It never moves your money

WealthCEO watches, suggests and prepares. It never moves money, places or stages a trade, transfers funds, changes a beneficiary, files, binds insurance or signs. You act.

Every number has a source

Trace any figure to the exact entries it sums. Where two views differ, you see why. Nothing is silently left out, and nothing is plugged to make it balance.

Your household is walled off

Every record belongs to one household. People you invite see only what you give them, and their access can end on a date you choose.

AI only when you turn it on

AI is opt-in, per action, under a ceiling you set and a switch that stops it. It explains the numbers; it never invents one.

Honest about what it can’t do

If something isn’t available to you, the page says so and why. No empty panels, no pretend results, no simulated action passed off as real.

Software and advice, kept apart

The software is educational, not advice. Advice comes only from WealthCEO Advisors, LLC, a registered investment adviser, for households that choose it.

About

Built by the team behind Financial Journey

WealthCEO comes from Financial Journey, a community and education company for investors on the path to Financial Independence. We built the system we wanted for our own families.

It gives a family the view a chief executive expects of a company: every entity, every account, books that close and a plan you can measure. It says plainly what it knows and what it doesn’t, and it never takes an action that belongs to you.

  • Journey Software, Inc.Builds and delivers the WealthCEO software: tools and education, no securities advice.
  • WealthCEO Advisors, LLCA registered investment adviser: non-discretionary advice with no custody, for households that choose it.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who is WealthCEO for?

Self-directed households with real complexity: business owners, real estate investors, high earners moving toward passive income, and families with trusts and several entities. Your CPA, bookkeeper and advisers can work in it too, each with their own scoped access.

Does WealthCEO move money or make trades?

No. WealthCEO watches, suggests and prepares. It never moves money, places or stages a trade, transfers funds, changes a beneficiary, files anything, binds insurance or signs. Every action stays with you.

Is WealthCEO financial advice?

The software is educational, not advice. It’s provided by Journey Software, Inc. and gives no securities advice.

Households that want advice can engage WealthCEO Advisors, LLC, a registered investment adviser (non-discretionary; no custody), under a separate written agreement.

How does my data get into WealthCEO?

During the beta, you import statements, holdings and transaction files. Every imported row keeps a record of where it came from, so any number can be traced back to its source. Live connections to institutions come later, one at a time.

Who can see my household’s information?

Only the people you invite, with the role and scope you choose: books only for a bookkeeper, tax and read-only books for a CPA, a curated view for an heir. Access can end on a date you set, and every change is recorded.

How do you keep my household’s information safe?

Every record belongs to one household, and the database itself refuses to return it to anyone else. People you invite see only the areas and entities you choose, until a date you set, and every change is logged. Our security page has the details, including what we haven’t built yet.

Does WealthCEO use AI?

Only when you turn it on, one action at a time, under a ceiling you set and a switch that stops it. AI explains and prepares; the numbers always come from your ledger, never from a model.

What does the beta cost?

Requesting access is free and we won’t ask for a card. Membership pricing will be shared before general availability, and before anyone is asked to pay.

What happens after I request access?

We review requests in small groups and reach out when a spot opens for your household. If you ask for a call, we’ll find a time first. Requesting access doesn’t commit you to anything.

Ask to join the private beta

We’re opening WealthCEO to a small number of households at a time. Tell us about yours.
